Ingredients

  • 700 g of peeled and chopped jerimum;
  • 3 chopped onions;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 large peeled carrot;
  • 300 g of cooked and shredded meat;
  • 1 diced tomatoes;
  • 1 medium carrot cut into pieces;
  • 200 g cheese of your choice cut into cubes;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First you must fry the onions, garlic and carrots in oil;
  • As soon as they are golden, add the pumpkin and about a liter and a half of water;
  • When the water boils, turn off the pan, wait for it to cool and mix everything in the blender;
  • Now use the pan to saute the meat together with the tomatoes, salt and seasonings;
  • When the mixture is cooked, add the whipped ingredients;
  • Stir everything very well, and when the soup is creamy, turn off the heat;
  • Finally add the cheese and cover the pan;
  • Wait until it mixes with the soup and you are ready to serve.
