Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes;
  • 150 g of spinach;
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon) of oil;
  • 2 teaspoons (tea) of chicken broth powder;
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach, onion, and garlic, chop them into small pieces, and put them aside in a bowl;

  • Season with salt to taste;
