Broccoli preparation for one person
Wash the broccoli very well under running water.
Cut off the broccoli florets, leaving some of the stem behind.
Cut the florets in half and place on a plate.
Cover the plate with the second plate.
Microwave the dish at maximum power (800w) for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove from microwave very carefully, as it is very hot.
Remove the top plate and wait for it to cool.
Preparing broccoli for a family
Wash the broccoli very well under running water.
Cut off the broccoli florets, leaving some of the stem behind.
Cut the florets in half and place on a plate.
Place the broccoli in a glass container without water and cover.
Microwave every 100g of broccoli for 1 minute (e.g. 500g for 5 minutes).
Remove from the microwave very carefully, and check if they are just right. If they are not cooked to the point, microwave again for a few more minutes.
When ready, let it cool and you can use it.
