Ingredients

  • ½ kg potatoes cut into cubes and boiled
  • 2 boiled eggs cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 8 tbsp of mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes and place in a pan with water and a tablespoon of salt, let it cook until softened. Once cooked, drain the potatoes and set aside placing in a salad bowl or bowl.
  • Put the eggs to cook at the same time you put the potatoes, as soon as they cook wait to cool, peel and cut into medium cubes and set aside.
  • Now, put the mayonnaise and mix everything very well, after mixing the salad, sprinkle the chopped chives on top and take it to the fridge to chill a little. Then serve next.
