The amount: 2 people
- 2 cups of tea) of cooked and drained carioca beans (200ml cup)
- Coriander to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- 1 small onion cut into strips
- ½ sliced green pepper
- ½ sliced red pepper
- ½ sliced yellow pepper
- A pinch of oregano
- A bit of salt
- 1 lemon
- olive oil to taste
First step: cut the onion into thin strips and let it soak in ice water for 5 minutes, to remove some of the acidity.
Place the cooked beans in a salad bowl or bowl, then add the coriander, chives, sliced, drained onion, red, yellow and green peppers.
Season now with oregano, salt, lemon and olive oil. Mix everything very well and serve next.
