- 500 g de macarrão de sua preferência cozido “al dente”
- salt to taste
- 2 cans of sardines in tomato sauce
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can of green corn
- 1 grated (medium) carrot
- Chopped chives to taste
- juice of ½ lemon
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
Put a pan with water to boil and once the water is boiling, put the pasta to cook with a little salt, leave the pasta “al dente”, neither too soft nor too hard. Once cooked, drain and reserve.
Now, place the sardines in a bowl or salad bowl and crush with a wooden spoon, add the onion, chives, green corn and grated carrots. Season with the juice of half a lemon, and mix well.
Then put the pasta and mix everything very well, and finally put the mayonnaise and mix a little more. And serve it fresh
