Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 kilograms smoked sausage of your choice;
  • 1 kg of cassava;
  • 4 cloves of crushed garlic;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 1/2 Cup of tea) of oil;
  • 4 tbsp of chopped tomato;
  • Salt and seasoning to taste;
  • Vegetables to taste.

Instructions

  • First cook the cassava in a pressure cooker until it is very soft;
  • Remove the used water and set aside, mashing the cassava with a fork;
  • Use the same pan to fry the skinless sausage in the oil;
  • Then, when it is ready, add the garlic and onion and let everything brown;
  • Add the mashed cassava with a little water and blend in a blender;
  • Now pour this mixture into the pan, adding the rest of the water you reserved;
  • Add the salt, vegetables and seasoning, stirring everything well until it comes to the boil;
  • When this happens, turn off the pot and serve your soup hot.
