Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of tea) of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon) cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon) ground linseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon) vanilla extract or essence

Instructions

  • In a blender place the almond milk, banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, ground flaxseeds and vanilla extract.
  • Beat everything for 40 seconds to be very homogeneous.
  • Then just put it in a glass and drink.

NOTE:
If desired, add ice to thicken and make the smoothie fresher.
If you want the smoothie to be sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey.
If you don't like peanut butter, you can substitute almond paste or sunflower seed paste.
