Ingredients

  • 3 lettuce leaves;
  • 1 grated red cabbage leaf;
  • 500 g of radish;
  • 1 box of chopped strawberries;
  • 1 chopped bunch of mint;
  • 6 lemons;
  • 1 teaspoon) of honey;
  • 1 teaspoon) of mustard;
  • 10 ml of balsamic vinegar;
  • 5 teaspoons (tea) of extra virgin olive oil;
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • First, soak the lettuce, radish, cabbage, and strawberries;
  • Once they are clean, remove them from the water, drain them and place everything in a bowl;
  • Now pour the lemon juice over everything and add the bunch of mint;
  • Mix lightly and add the honey, mustard, vinegar, oil, and salt;
  • Now mix everything so that the flavors combine harmoniously and serve.
