Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet of screw noodles;
  • 1 can of drained tuna;
  • 1 grated medium onion;
  • 2 seedless tomatoes cut into cubes;
  • 1 tbsp of mustard;
  • 1 Cup of tea) of mayonnaise;
  • 2 pods cut into strips;
  • 1 small grated carrot;
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice;
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions

  • First cook the pasta in a medium saucepan until it is al dente;
  • Then turn off the heat, drain the pasta and leave it to cool;
  • Now take a bowl and put the tuna, the grated cheese and the vegetables, stirring well;
  • Then add the lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise;
  • Finally, add the macaroni and stir gently until everything is mixed together;
  • If desired, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
