Ingredients

  • 60 g of well-cleaned squid;
  • 1 chopped small onion;
  • 1/2 chopped tomato;
  • Juice of half a lemon;
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley;
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • Vinegar to taste;
  • Salt and pepper to taste if preferred.

Instructions

  • First cut the squid into small pieces;
  • Place a pan of water on the stove and wait for it to boil;
  • When this occurs, add the squid and cook for 5 minutes;
  • Then turn off the heat and drain the water;
  • In a bowl, place the onion, tomato, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste;
  • Stir well and add the cooked squid;
  • Preferably, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator;
  • Leave it in the refrigerator for about half an hour;
  • Finally, serve.
