Ingredients
60gof well-cleaned squid;
1chopped small onion;
1/2chopped tomato;
Juice of half a lemon;
1tbspof chopped parsley;
1tbspof olive oil;
1clove of garlic;
Vinegar to taste;
Salt and pepper to taste if preferred.
Instructions
First cut the squid into small pieces;
Place a pan of water on the stove and wait for it to boil;
When this occurs, add the squid and cook for 5 minutes;
Then turn off the heat and drain the water;
In a bowl, place the onion, tomato, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste;
