Ingredients

  • 500 g of chicken breast;
  • 1/2 Cup of tea) of sliced green olives;
  • 1/2 Cup of tea) of sliced black olives;
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut into small pieces;
  • Arugula leaves to taste;
  • 1/2 Cup of tea) chopped celery;
  • 100 g of gorgonzola cheese;
  • 1 can of heavy cream;
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds (not mandatory)

Instructions

  • The first step is to cook the chicken. To do this, use seasonings to taste. The classic combination of salt, onion and garlic is effective and can't be faulted;
  • After cooking the chicken, remove skins and bones;
  • Now it's time to make the sauce. To do this, blend the cream, cheese and celery in a blender;
  • Add the mixture into a container;
  • Add the rocket, tomatoes, olives and chicken;
  • Mix well and finally sprinkle with sesame.
