The amount: 3 people
- 1 small chard cut into strips
- 1 cucumber (medium) cut into thin sticks
- 1 carrot (medium) cut into thin sticks
- 1 red onion (medium) cut into thin strips
- 1 Cup of tea) red and/or yellow peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 of cup of (tea) from shoyu
- 1 lemon juice
- Ground pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil (sunflower, corn, coconut or olive oil)
- 4 garlic cloves cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp white sesame
- olive oil to taste
Place the chard in strips in the salad bowl, the cucumber, the carrot, the onion, the pepper, and mix well.
Drizzle with the soy sauce, lemon juice, and a pinch of ground black pepper.
In a frying pan put the oil, and the garlic cut into thin slices, and when the garlic is already golden add the tablespoon of sesame, mix and let it fry.
Place the mixture from the skillet over the salad and mix well, then drizzle with a little olive oil and it's ready. Serve next.
