Ingredients

  • 600 g Cassava;
  • 500 g Meat of your choice cut into cubes;
  • 1 Chopped onion;
  • 2 Garlic cloves;
  • 1 Carrot;
  • 1 Cube of beef broth;
  • 200 g Grated cheese;
  • Salt and seasonings to taste.

Instructions

  • First, cook the cassava and carrots in a pressure cooker;
  • Add the bouillon cube and leave to cook for 5 minutes;
  • Then, place the meat, seasonings, onion and garlic in another pan and sauté;
  • Once everything is ready, turn off the heat and set aside;
  • Remove the yuccas and carrots from the pressure cooker and blend with water;
  • When everything turns into a cream, put it in the meat pan and turn on the fire again;
  • Let everything cook for 10 minutes over medium heat;
  • Finally, turn off the heat and serve your soup with the grated cheese on top.
