Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken breast;
  • 1 Onion, chopped into small pieces;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 100 g Carrot;
  • 100 g Cassava;
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • First cook and shred the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper;
  • Prepare the canoura and cassava separately. So, peel these ingredients, cook well and cut into slices. Do not throw away the water used for cooking;
  • Place this water in the blender along with the carrot and cassava;
  • Beat everything until it becomes a homogeneous cream; 
  • Put the cream in a pan and add the shredded chicken;
  • Bring to the boil and heat for a few minutes, stirring well;
  • Once this is done, you can now serve the soup very hot.
