- 1 Packet of dried peas (those 500 gram packets);
- 2 Sliced calabrian sausages;
- 1 Small onion, chopped;
- 1 Liter Of water;
- 1 Clove of garlic;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- And also a little oil to saute the ingredients;
Wash the peas well and soak them for about 1 hour;
In a pan, use a little oil to fry the sausage;
Add the onion and garlic and saute;
Boil the water in a pot separately;
Now you will need a pressure cooker. So, put the boiling water, the peas, and the sauteed calabresa. Then bring it to the boil;
