Desta forma, para esta receita podemos utilizar sem qualquer receio bacalhau do tipo <strong>ketting<\/strong> of <strong>gegroeid<\/strong>, ambos s\u00e3o adequados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kabeljauw op de juiste manier te ontzouten?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando falo em dessalgar o bacalhau, estou a referir-me em retirar o excesso de sal que o bacalhau seco tem, pois se n\u00e3o o fizer, o bacalhau vai ficar muit\u00edssimo salgado, ao ponto de n\u00e3o ser poss\u00edvel com\u00ea-lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eerst:<\/strong> Coloque as postas do bacalhau seco dentro de uma vasilha grande e lave o bacalhau em \u00e1gua corrente durante 5 a 10 minutos at\u00e9 retirar a maior parte do sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seconde:<\/strong> Encha a vasilha de \u00e1gua, de forma que as postas do bacalhau fiquem submersas e com a pele virada para cima, de seguida leve \u00e0 geladeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Derde<\/strong>: Dever\u00e1 trocar a \u00e1gua da vasilha de <strong>6 over 6 uur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Slaapkamer:<\/strong> O tempo de dessalgue vai depender do tipo do bacalhau, sendo que o bacalhau corrente demora 36 horas, bacalhau crescido 48h, bacalhau gra\u00fado 55h e o bacalhau especial 72h.<\/p>\n\n\n<div  class=\"wp-block-ultimate-post-image ultp-block-0e7f9e\"><div class=\"ultp-block-wrapper\"><figure class=\"ultp-image-block-wrapper\"><div class=\"ultp-image-block ultp-image-block-none\"><img decoding=\"async\"  class=\"ultp-image\"  alt=\"Afbeelding\"  src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/bacalhau-com-natas-no-forno-3.webp\" \/><\/div><\/figure><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes necess\u00e1rios para esta receita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ontzoute kabeljauw<\/strong> &#8211; Eu costumo utilizar bacalhau seco dessalgado do tipo corrente ou crescido, em qualquer hipermercado est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel, no entanto recomendo que compre na altura das promo\u00e7\u00f5es (evite comprar em per\u00edodos festivos quando est\u00e1 a pre\u00e7os muito elevados)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Olijfolie<\/strong> &#8211; Eu por norma utilizo azeite de oliva da Oliveira da Serra ou Gallo extra virgem, pois \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio utilizar azeite de boa qualidade ou o resultado final poder\u00e1 n\u00e3o ficar de acordo com a sua expectativa. Em Portugal, qualquer mercearia de bairro ou supermercado local tem azeite dispon\u00edvel, \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de procurar e escolher. No Brasil, dever\u00e1 fazer uma an\u00e1lise mais minuciosa, nomeadamente a n\u00edvel de pre\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Melk creme<\/strong> &#8211; Mais uma vez recomendo que escolha creme de leite de boa qualidade, evite ir para marcas duvidosas, pois este ingrediente faz muita diferen\u00e7a no resultado final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aardappelsticks<\/strong> &#8211; Escolha uma marca de batata palha que n\u00e3o seja demasiado salgada, pois poder\u00e1 prejudicar o resultado final.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bechamelsaus<\/strong> &#8211; Eu prefiro fazer o meu pr\u00f3prio <a href=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/nl\/hoe-bechamelsaus-maken\/\">bechamelsaus<\/a>, porque a qualidade \u00e9 muito superior e n\u00e3o tem aditivos como conservantes ou corantes. Mas se n\u00e3o quiser perder tempo poder\u00e1 comprar o molho j\u00e1 feito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>mozzarella kaas<\/strong> &#8211; O queijo mussarela \u00e9 utilizado para dar uma textura diferenciada, \u00e9 a cereja no topo do bacalhau com natas, aqui mais uma vez recomendo que utilize <a href=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/nl\/mozzarella-kaas\/\">mozzarella kaas<\/a> de qualidade, para
