Je vous recommande donc d&#039;acheter 3 filets de cabillaud de hauteur moyenne et non des filets trop peu profonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ne pouvez pas acheter de morue dessal\u00e9e parce que vous n&#039;en avez pas dans votre r\u00e9gion ou parce que ce n&#039;est pas tr\u00e8s abordable, vous pouvez toujours acheter de la morue sal\u00e9e et la dessaler vous-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites cuire les 3 filets de cabillaud dans de l&#039;eau chaude sans sel, car le cabillaud dessal\u00e9 contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez de sel pour cette recette.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, une fois la morue cuite, retirer d\u00e9licatement la peau, les ar\u00eates et enfin effilocher et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, nous ferons sauter dans une casserole o\u00f9 nous mettrons l&#039;huile d&#039;olive et allumerons le feu jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que l&#039;huile soit tr\u00e8s chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis on fait revenir l&#039;oignon, l&#039;ail, le laurier et enfin le cabillaud r\u00e2p\u00e9 (que nous avions r\u00e9serv\u00e9) et la carotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/bacalhau-com-creme-de-leite-2-p4cs9o9c9k9xnpa4wy131bh7flhli54xez9cfjq7ac.jpg\" alt=\"Cabillaud \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me\" title=\"morue \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me aigre 2\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporer un peu plus pour faire sauter.
