El problema son los productos utilizados, los conservantes y, en algunos casos, incluso los colorantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos ellos son malos para la salud, nos hacen ganar peso y, en definitiva, no son la mejor manera de llevar una vida sana y equilibrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero antes de empezar a hablar de la receta, quiero mostrarte todos los beneficios de los ingredientes utilizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LA<strong> harina de avena<\/strong> es fuente de fibra, tiene un bajo contenido en grasas saturadas, es rica en antioxidantes, contiene hierro y magnesio, es baja en colesterol y su consumo regular mejora el colesterol bueno (HDL), reduciendo as\u00ed el riesgo de desarrollar enfermedades cardiacas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>az\u00facar de coco<\/strong> es rico en nutrientes como fibra, minerales y vitaminas. Es rico en potasio, entre otros minerales; rico en magnesio y tript\u00f3fano (un amino\u00e1cido esencial); rico en vitamina B1 (tiamina), un antioxidante clave y, en general, se asocia como un alimento saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>semillas de chia <\/strong>son una gran fuente de minerales como potasio, magnesio, zinc, hierro y calcio; adem\u00e1s de ser una gran fuente de antioxidantes. Contienen m\u00e1s \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3 que cualquier otra verdura, incluidos el salm\u00f3n y las sardinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Lim\u00f3n<\/strong> es un antioxidante potente y natural, existen tres tipos de limones en el mundo, cada uno con beneficios diferentes.
