Ingredients

  • 2 cans of pineapple in syrup (800g each)
  • 2 pineapple flavored gelatin envelopes
  • 500 ml hot water
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 sour cream boxes

Instructions

  • Put the water to boil in a pan. After boiling, lower the heat and add the gelatin, stir well and let it cool.
  • Rinse the form in cold water.
  • Chop some pineapple slices and spread them on the bottom of the mold.
  • With the other can, reserve a slice for decoration and put the rest in the blender to beat and add the pineapple jello little by little.
  • Beat the cream in the mixer for 1 min. and add the condensed milk and beat some more.
  • Strain the pineapple puree that was beaten in the blender into the white cream and mix everything very well.
  • Carefully place the semifreddo in the form and take it to the fridge between 5 to 6 hours to solidify.
  • If necessary, put 15 minutes in the freezer before unmolding to make it easier.
