- 2 cans of pineapple in syrup (800g each)
- 2 pineapple flavored gelatin envelopes
- 500 ml hot water
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 sour cream boxes
Put the water to boil in a pan. After boiling, lower the heat and add the gelatin, stir well and let it cool.
Rinse the form in cold water.
Chop some pineapple slices and spread them on the bottom of the mold.
With the other can, reserve a slice for decoration and put the rest in the blender to beat and add the pineapple jello little by little.
Beat the cream in the mixer for 1 min. and add the condensed milk and beat some more.
Strain the pineapple puree that was beaten in the blender into the white cream and mix everything very well.
Carefully place the semifreddo in the form and take it to the fridge between 5 to 6 hours to solidify.
If necessary, put 15 minutes in the freezer before unmolding to make it easier.
