- 1 medium apple cut into pieces
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon) cinnamon powder
- 1/4 of cup of (tea) of almond milk (or any milk you like: oat milk, coconut vegetable drink, rice milk)
In the blender place the apple, frozen banana, almond milk, peanut butter, cinnamon powder and flaxseed.
Beat everything for 40 seconds to be very homogeneous.
Then just put it in a glass and drink.
