Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple cut into pieces
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon) cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 of cup of (tea) of almond milk (or any milk you like: oat milk, coconut vegetable drink, rice milk)

Instructions

  • In the blender place the apple, frozen banana, almond milk, peanut butter, cinnamon powder and flaxseed.
  • Beat everything for 40 seconds to be very homogeneous.
  • Then just put it in a glass and drink.
