- 1 cup of tea or 180g of parboiled or steamed rice
- 1 tomato band medium chopped
- 1 onion band medium chopped
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cups of hot water tea

Wash the rice and let it drain, set aside.
Heat a pan, put the oil, garlic and onion to sauté without burning, over medium heat.
Add the rice to fry a little, put the chopped tomato and the tomato pulp, the salt and let it sauté a little longer.
Then put the 2 cups of (tea) hot water, stir and cover for the rice to cook.
The rice will be ready when the water is drying, at that time test the salt if it is good. If you need more water, add very little.
Now, just turn off the heat, put the rice in another container and serve.
