Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of tea) parboiled or steamed rice
  • 1 cenoura média ralada
  • 1 banda de cebola média ralada
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 2 xícaras de(chá ) hot water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the rice and let it drain, set aside.
  • Heat a pan, put the oil and the onion to sauté without burning, in medium fire.

  • Then put the 2 cups of (tea) hot water, stir and cover for the rice to cook.
  • The rice will be ready when the water is drying, at that time test the salt if it is good. If you need more water, add very little.
