Ingredients

For the CALDA:

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of water

For the PUDDIM:

  • 1 egg
  • 6 tbsp of milk
  • 6 tbsp of condensed milk

Instructions

For the CALDA:
  • Put in the mug 1 tablespoon of sugar and water, mix well.
  • Then microwave on high power (800 watts), every 30 seconds + 20 seconds, until it is the consistency of caramel.
  • Remove from the microwave with a glove to avoid burning yourself.
  • Carefully rotate the mug to coat the sides with the caramel.
  • When finished, book.
For the PUDDIM:
  • Put all the ingredients I indicated above for the pudding in a bowl.
  • Stir it all together to get a homogeneous cream well blended.
  • Then put the mixture in the caramelized mug.
  • Microwave on power 4 (600 watts) for 2 minutes + 10 seconds.
  • Remove from microwave with a protective glove so you don't burn yourself.
  • Let it cool and turn the pudding onto a plate.
  • When the pudding has cooled completely refrigerate.
  • When the pudding is cold, remove from the refrigerator and it's time to enjoy!
