Ingredients

  • 400 g of turkey breast ham preferably cut into strips, or chopped;
  • 1 Cup of tea) drained and chopped hearts of palm;
  • 1 Cup of tea) of pitted green olives;
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic;
  • 1 small pineapple diced;
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise;
  • 1 can of heavy cream;
  • Pepper to taste;
  • 1 can of green corn;
  • 1 packet of potato chips;
  • Lettuce for decoration

Instructions

  • Place the pineapple and chopped heart of palm in a sieve and let it drain well;
  • Then add the corn and olives to the sieve, also letting them drain until they are dry. The olives cannot be chopped, but must be whole;
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream, mayonnaise, garlic and pepper to taste;
  • Once well mixed, add the drained ingredients and the smoked turkey ham;
  • Mix until smooth;
  • Before serving, decorate your salad with lettuce leaves and straw potatoes on top;
  • Take it to the refrigerator and leave it there for about half an hour;
  • Serve.
