Ingredients

  • 300 g of shredded crab;
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves;
  • 4 chopped tomatoes;
  • 2 chopped onions;
  • 2 cut potatoes;
  • 1 large chopped carrot;
  • 1 shrimp broth tablet;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First, in a pan, fry the onion and garlic in oil;
  • When everything is golden brown, add the shredded crab and saute everything;
  • Then add the tomatoes, potatoes and carrots;
  • Once cooked, add a liter of water, broth, salt and seasonings;
  • Stir everything together, cooking until the vegetables soften and the crab is done;
  • Finally, when it's ready, turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
