Ingredients

  • 400 g Meat of your choice in cubes;
  • 1/2 noodles package;
  • 1 Broth;
  • 1 medium onion, chopped;
  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves;
  • 4 medium potatoes in cubes;
  • 3 medium carrots in cubes;
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil;
  • Salt and seasonings to taste.

Instructions

  • First you must fry the meat with the oil in a pan;
  • As soon as it browns, add the garlic and onion and let everything sauté;
  • Then add the beef broth, salt and seasonings;
  • Now add the vegetables and pasta and add water two fingers above;
  • Cover the pan and let everything cook until the water boils;
  • When this happens, remove the lid and let everything cook for another 10 minutes;
  • Once the vegetables and pasta have softened, the soup is ready. Serve it hot!
