Ingredients

  • 200 g shredded chicken breast, already cooked and seasoned;
  • 1 Cup Polenta tea;
  • 1 Chopped onion;
  • 1 Minced garlic clove;
  • Olive oil;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 1500 ml Filtered water. 

Instructions

  • First dissolve the cornmeal in half a liter of water and let it rest;
  • Separately, saute the onion and garlic in a pan with a dash of olive oil;
  • Add the shredded chicken and saute for a few more minutes;
  • Add the remaining water and season with salt;
  • When it starts boiling, add the cornmeal;
  • Let it cook for another 20 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan;
  • Serve immediately.
