- 200 g shredded chicken breast, already cooked and seasoned;
- 1 Cup Polenta tea;
- 1 Chopped onion;
- 1 Minced garlic clove;
- Olive oil;
- Salt to taste;
- 1500 ml Filtered water.
First dissolve the cornmeal in half a liter of water and let it rest;
Separately, saute the onion and garlic in a pan with a dash of olive oil;
