Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 e ½ cups of tea) of unleavened wheat flour
  • 2 cups of tea) of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (soup) full of butter or margarine
  • All ingredients at room temperature

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a 22cm x 8cm round pan with margarine and flour. Set aside.
  • Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and margarine in a blender for 2 minutes.
