Ingredients

  • 1 (medium) diced chicken breast
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 shallow (soup) spoon unsalted butter or margarine
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 large or 2 small cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon) of paprika
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Cup of tea) of chopped broccoli
  • 1 to chopped seedless mate
  • ½ Cup of tea) of tomato sauce
  • 1 Cup of tea) well filled with penne pasta
  • 1 chicken broth dissolved in 500ml of hot water
  • 1 milk cream box
  • 1 Cup of tea) of grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • In a heated pan put a drizzle of olive oil and the butter to melt. Then add the chopped onion and chopped garlic, let it brown.
  • Now add the chicken to saute well, the paprika, black pepper, and salt and stir to blend. Also add the raw broccoli and stir to saute.
  • Then add the tomato sauce and mix, add the noodles and stir.
  • Next, add the chicken stock dissolved in 500ml of hot water. Stir and cover the pan so that it is half open to cook the chicken, broccoli, and noodles, stirring constantly to loosen them from the bottom of the pan. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • The noodles are cooked when you do the test by cutting one in half and there is no white part, then the noodles are done.
  • If the noodles have cooked, now put in the heavy cream and stir well to incorporate and let it simmer for a while.
  • As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and put the finished noodle mixture into a baking pan and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the cheese is melted and you are ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!
