- 6 lettuce leaves cut into strips
- 1 carrot (medium) grated in the coarse grater
- 1 tomato (medium) cut into thin half moons
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt to taste
- olive oil to taste
Wash lettuce leaves and cut into thin strips and place in a salad bowl or bowl. Reserve.
Peel the carrot and grate it coarsely and put it on top of the lettuce leaves.
Wash and cut the tomato into thin half moons and place on top of the grated carrot.
Season the salad with salt, lemon juice and olive oil. And serve next.
