Chicken Salad Smoked

Ingredients

  • Roasted and shredded chicken breasts and thighs
  • 400 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup of tea) green corn
  • ½ Cup of tea) chopped walnuts
  • 3 chopped pineapple slices
  • ½ Cup of tea) raisin
  • 1 Cup of tea) halved cherry tomatoes
  • of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl or salad bowl, place a little of the roasted and shredded chicken and reserve the other part, now put a layer of chopped pineapple on top of the chicken, a little of the chopped walnuts, a little of the cherry tomatoes, a little of the raisins, a little green corn and put a very full tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir well to involve all the ingredients.
  • Now repeat everything again adding the rest of the ingredients and mixing well to involve everything. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes. And serve next.
