The amount: 4 people
- Roasted and shredded chicken breasts and thighs
- 400 g of mayonnaise
- 1 Cup of tea) green corn
- ½ Cup of tea) chopped walnuts
- 3 chopped pineapple slices
- ½ Cup of tea) raisin
- 1 Cup of tea) halved cherry tomatoes
- of olive oil
- salt to taste
In a bowl or salad bowl, place a little of the roasted and shredded chicken and reserve the other part, now put a layer of chopped pineapple on top of the chicken, a little of the chopped walnuts, a little of the cherry tomatoes, a little of the raisins, a little green corn and put a very full tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir well to involve all the ingredients.
Now repeat everything again adding the rest of the ingredients and mixing well to involve everything. Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes. And serve next.
PS: If you don't like to put the fruits, put boiled potatoes cut into cubes.
