Aber das gro\u00dfe Problem ist, dass es je nach Herd oder Kochfeld sehr lange dauert, bis das Wasser hei\u00df wird und das Ei kocht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber eines ist sicher <strong>es wird wirklich lange dauern<\/strong>Wenn man so besch\u00e4ftigt ist wie ich, kommt es oft vor, dass man die Eier nicht in der Pfanne kocht und sich sp\u00e4ter \u00e4rgert, weil man ein gekochtes Ei zu einer Mahlzeit haben wollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11610\" style=\"width:850px;height:620px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11.jpeg 700w, https:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11-500x375.jpeg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Gef\u00fchl hatte ich schon so oft, dass ich \u00fcberall nach M\u00f6glichkeiten gesucht habe, ein Ei auf praktische und gesunde Weise zu kochen, und das in viel weniger Zeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach vielen Recherchen und Tests habe ich eine wirklich coole Methode entdeckt, wie man Eier in weniger als 3 Minuten in der Mikrowelle kochen kann, es ist wirklich wahr <strong>3 Minuten!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dem folgenden Rezept zeige ich Ihnen, wie Sie Eier auf einfache und gesunde Weise in der Mikrowelle zubereiten k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"nv-cv-m wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Glasbeh\u00e4lter, gef\u00fcllt mit Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mikrowelle (nat\u00fcrlich!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode der Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Bevor du das Ei in die Mikrowelle gibst, solltest du zwei kleine L\u00f6cher in das Ei stechen, damit es nicht zerbricht, w\u00e4hrend es in der Mikrowelle ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 2:<\/strong> Legen Sie dann das Ei in den Wasserbeh\u00e4lter, so dass das Ei untergetaucht ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extra-Tipp:<\/strong> Wenn das Ei nicht untergetaucht bleibt, sondern schwimmt (an der Wasseroberfl\u00e4che), ist das Ei verdorben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: <\/strong>Dann stellen Sie den Beh\u00e4lter bei maximaler Leistung in die Mikrowelle, bei meiner Mikrowelle ist die maximale Leistung <strong>800w<\/strong> , und stellen Sie den Timer auf 3 Minuten ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Extra-Tipp:<\/strong> Wenn die Mikrowelle eine andere Leistung hat, stellen Sie den Timer entsprechend ein, z. B. wenn die maximale Leistung 400 W betr\u00e4gt, sollten Sie den Timer auf 6 Minuten einstellen, da die Leistung nur halb so hoch ist, und so weiter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> Wenn die Mikrowelle fertig ist, \u00f6ffnen Sie die T\u00fcr und nehmen Sie den Beh\u00e4lter mit Handschuhen oder einem Tuch heraus; seien Sie vorsichtig, da er sehr hei\u00df ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 5:<\/strong> Stellen Sie die Sch\u00fcssel auf einen Tisch oder eine Arbeitsfl\u00e4che und nehmen Sie das Ei mit einem gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffel heraus, damit Sie sich nicht verbrennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 6: <\/strong>Dann sp\u00fclen Sie das Ei ab, damit es abk\u00fchlt, und entfernen die Schale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Entfernen der Schale haben Sie ein hartgekochtes Ei, das Sie essen k\u00f6nnen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TIPP NUMMER 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der zweite Tipp hat sich als sehr erfolgreich erwiesen, vielleicht sogar noch mehr als der erste. Hier in Portugal isst man gerne ovos estrelados (Spiegeleier in einer mit \u00d6l gef\u00fcllten Bratpfanne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eier sind in einigen Gerichten weit verbreitet, wie z. B. im Bitoque, einem Steak aus Rind- oder Schweinefleisch (in der Regel Rind) mit Pommes frites und Salat, aber ein Spiegelei auf dem Steak ist ein Muss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Tipp geht es also darum, wie man ein Spiegelei zubereitet, wie wir es auf dem Bild von Bitoque sehen, aber <strong>ohne gebraten zu werden<\/strong>Mit anderen Worten: Wir benutzen einfach die Mikrowelle, ohne dem Ei etwas hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb ist diese Art, Eier zu kochen, sehr gesund, weil man sie nicht br\u00e4t und kein Frittier\u00f6l verwendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Um das Ei auf diese Weise zu kochen, ben\u00f6tigen wir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"nv-cv-d nv-cv-m wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Keramik- oder Glasteller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prise Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode der Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 1:<\/strong> Schlagen Sie das Ei vorsichtig auf und legen Sie es auf den Teller, so wie Sie es auch in der Pfanne tun w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 2:<\/strong> Die Zugabe von Salz zu den Eiern ist fakultativ, denn wer kein Salz auf seinen Eiern mag, kann das tun, was er will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 3:<\/strong> Nehmen Sie den zweiten Teller, stellen Sie ihn auf den Kopf und legen Sie ihn auf den anderen Teller, so dass das Ei zwischen den beiden Tellern eingeschlossen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schritt 4:<\/strong> Stellen Sie die Eierschalen in die Mikrowelle,
