I Portugal kan man f\u00e5 olivenolie i enhver dagligvarebutik eller i det lokale supermarked, det er bare et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om at kigge og v\u00e6lge. I Brasilien er du n\u00f8dt til at foretage en mere grundig analyse, is\u00e6r med hensyn til prisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e6lkefl\u00f8de<\/strong> - Endnu en gang anbefaler jeg, at du v\u00e6lger creme af god kvalitet og undg\u00e5r at g\u00e5 efter tvivlsomme m\u00e6rker, da denne ingrediens g\u00f8r en stor forskel for slutresultatet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kartoffelstave<\/strong> - V\u00e6lg et chipsm\u00e6rke, der ikke er for salt, da det kan \u00f8del\u00e6gge det endelige resultat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bechamel sauce<\/strong> - Jeg foretr\u00e6kker at lave mine egne <a href=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/da\/hvordan-man-laver-bechamel-sauce\/\">bechamel sauce<\/a>fordi kvaliteten er meget bedre, og der ikke er tils\u00e6tningsstoffer som konserveringsmidler eller farvestoffer. Men hvis du ikke vil spilde tid, kan du k\u00f8be f\u00e6rdiglavet sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>mozzarella ost<\/strong> - Mozzarellaost bruges til at give en anden tekstur, det er kirseb\u00e6rret p\u00e5 toppen af torsk med fl\u00f8de, ogs\u00e5 her anbefaler jeg, at du bruger den. <a href=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/da\/mozzarella-ost\/\">mozzarella ost<\/a> kvalitet, s\u00e5 slutresultatet
