De ideale vis werd ver weg gevangen in Newfoundland (later Canada genoemd), waar in 1497 de eerste kabeljauw werd gevangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vervolgens begon men voor de kust van Afrika ook op kabeljauw te vissen en vanaf dat moment maakte kabeljauw deel uit van onze eetgewoonten tot op de dag van vandaag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Door deze sterke traditie staat Portugal bekend als een van de landen ter wereld die de meeste kabeljauw consumeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En in de tijd van de ontdekkingen werd kabeljauw naar alle delen van de wereld ge\u00ebxporteerd, omdat hij droog en met zout kon worden vervoerd om hem tijdens de overtocht over zee maandenlang te kunnen bewaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom is het nu een wereldberoemde vis, net als de Portugese kabeljauwgerechten die de tafels van miljoenen mensen over de hele wereld hebben veroverd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een van de vele gerechten die de Portugezen maakten was de beroemde kabeljauw met room, waar we het zo meteen over zullen hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom dit recept werkt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het is makkelijk en snel klaar te maken en het is ook een heerlijk recept om met het hele gezin te eten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is een goed recept om een paar dagen in de koelkast te bewaren om opnieuw te eten met dezelfde smaak als de dag dat je het maakte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is geweldig voor het bereiden van maaltijden, zodat je meer kunt maken zodat je op elk moment meerdere porties kunt eten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je kunt kabeljauw met room wekenlang invriezen en het zal altijd goed blijven, zolang je het op een lage temperatuur verwarmt om het voedsel geen thermische schok te geven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten die je nodig hebt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>ontzoute kabeljauw<\/b>Ik koop meestal ontzoutte kabeljauw als ik dit kabeljauw met room recept maak, omdat dat praktischer is. Als je geen ontzouten kabeljauw kunt kopen, koop dan gedroogde kabeljauw en ontzout deze zoals ik hieronder in dit artikel uitleg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Olijfolie: <\/b>De olijfolie die ik altijd gebruik voor visrecepten is extra vierge olijfolie van Gallo of Oliveira da Serra, omdat die het gezondst is vanwege de zuurgraad en het feit dat er geen olie van lage kwaliteit doorheen gemengd is, daarom is het iets duurder, maar uiteindelijk is het de moeite waard.<b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Melk creme: <\/b>De room moet van goede kwaliteit zijn, vooral met een hoog vetpercentage om de saus consistentie te geven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Aardappelsticks: <\/b>Het mag niet te zout zijn om het recept niet te bederven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Paneermeel: <\/b>Ik gebruik meestal broodkruimels van elk merk, ik koop meestal de goedkoopste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>B\u00e9chamelsaus: <\/b>Ik maak de b\u00e9chamelsaus meestal zelf, dus ik koop nooit kant-en-klare sauzen omdat die vol zitten met conserveringsmiddelen en producten die erg schadelijk zijn voor de gezondheid. Daarom raad ik je aan om 3 kabeljauwsteaks te kopen van gemiddelde hoogte en niet te ondiep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je geen ontzouten kabeljauw kunt kopen omdat het niet verkrijgbaar is in jouw regio of omdat het niet erg goedkoop is, kun je altijd gezouten kabeljauw kopen en deze zelf ontzouten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kook de 3 kabeljauwsteaks in heet, ongezouten water, want ontzouten kabeljauw heeft genoeg zout voor dit recept.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als de kabeljauw gaar is, verwijder dan voorzichtig het vel en de graten, snijd in stukken en zet apart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vervolgens bakken we in een pan met olijfolie en zetten we het vuur aan tot de olie heel heet is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruit vervolgens de ui, knoflook, laurier en tot slot de kabeljauwfilet (die we apart hadden gelegd) en wortel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/bacalhau-com-creme-de-leite-2-p4cs9o9c9k9xnpa4wy131bh7flhli54xez9cfjq7ac.jpg\" alt=\"Kabeljauw met room\" title=\"kabeljauw met zure room 2\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix nog een beetje om te bakken.
