Toch wordt de bereidingstijd door de bonen verlengd. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om dit gerecht in een uurtje klaar te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op deze manier levert het recept dat we hier laten zien maximaal 20 porties op. Het is ideaal om te worden geconsumeerd tijdens de lunch en te worden geserveerd tijdens feestelijke evenementen. Bonen zijn bijvoorbeeld een uitstekende bron van ijzer en zeer voedzaam. Het voorkomt tal van ziekten, waaronder bloedarmoede.
