Mais le gros probl\u00e8me est qu'il faut beaucoup de temps pour que l'eau se r\u00e9chauffe et cuise l'\u0153uf, en fonction de votre cuisini\u00e8re ou de votre plaque de cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais une chose est s\u00fbre <strong>\u00e7a prendra vraiment beaucoup de temps<\/strong>Si, comme moi, vous avez une vie tr\u00e9pidante, vous finissez souvent par ne pas faire cuire les \u0153ufs dans la po\u00eale et vous vous f\u00e2chez ensuite parce que vous vouliez un \u0153uf dur pour accompagner un repas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11610\" style=\"width:850px;height:620px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11.jpeg 700w, http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11-300x225.jpeg 300w, http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-11-500x375.jpeg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai eu ce sentiment si souvent que j'ai cherch\u00e9 partout des moyens de cuire un \u0153uf de mani\u00e8re pratique et saine, mais en beaucoup moins de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses recherches et tests, j'ai d\u00e9couvert un moyen vraiment g\u00e9nial de cuire des \u0153ufs au micro-ondes en moins de 3 minutes, c'est vraiment vrai. <strong>3 minutes !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la recette ci-dessous, je vous montrerai comment cuire des \u0153ufs au micro-ondes d'une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s simple et saine :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"nv-cv-m wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 r\u00e9cipient en verre rempli d'eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Micro-ondes (bien s\u00fbr !)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1:<\/strong> Avant de mettre l'\u0153uf au micro-ondes, il faut d'abord faire deux tr\u00e8s petits trous dans l'\u0153uf pour qu'il ne se casse pas pendant qu'il est au micro-ondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2:<\/strong> Placez ensuite l'\u0153uf dans le r\u00e9cipient d'eau de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'il soit immerg\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Astuce suppl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0:<\/strong> Si l'\u0153uf ne reste pas immerg\u00e9, mais flotte (\u00e0 la surface de l'eau), cela signifie que l'\u0153uf est avari\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3: <\/strong>Placez ensuite le r\u00e9cipient dans le four \u00e0 micro-ondes \u00e0 la puissance maximale, dans le cas de mon four \u00e0 micro-ondes, la puissance maximale est de <strong>800w<\/strong> et r\u00e9glez le minuteur sur 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Astuce suppl\u00e9mentaire\u00a0:<\/strong> Si le micro-ondes a une puissance diff\u00e9rente, r\u00e9glez la minuterie en cons\u00e9quence. Par exemple, si la puissance maximale est de 400 watts, r\u00e9glez la minuterie sur 6 minutes, car le micro-ondes a une puissance deux fois moindre, et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4:<\/strong> Lorsque le micro-ondes est termin\u00e9, ouvrez la porte et retirez le r\u00e9cipient avec des gants ou un chiffon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 5\u00a0:<\/strong> Placez le r\u00e9cipient sur une table ou un plan de travail et retirez l'\u0153uf \u00e0 l'aide d'une grande cuill\u00e8re pour ne pas vous br\u00fbler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 6 : <\/strong>Rincer ensuite l'\u0153uf pour qu'il refroidisse et enlever la coquille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir retir\u00e9 la coquille, vous obtiendrez un \u0153uf dur pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONSEIL NUM\u00c9RO 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me conseil a eu beaucoup de succ\u00e8s, peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame plus que le premier. Ici, au Portugal, les gens adorent manger des ovos estrelados (\u0153ufs au plat dans une po\u00eale remplie d'huile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u0153ufs sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans certains repas, comme la bitoque, qui est un steak de b\u0153uf ou de porc (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de b\u0153uf) accompagn\u00e9 de frites et de salade, mais il est indispensable de placer un \u0153uf au plat sur le pr\u00e9parer un \u0153uf au plat comme sur l'image de la bitoque, mais <strong>non frites<\/strong>En d'autres termes, nous utilisons le micro-ondes sans rien ajouter \u00e0 l'\u0153uf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est pourquoi cette fa\u00e7on de cuisiner les \u0153ufs est tr\u00e8s saine, car on ne les fait pas frire et on n'utilise pas d'huile de friture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour cuire l&#039;\u0153uf de cette mani\u00e8re, nous aurons besoin de:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"nv-cv-d nv-cv-m wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 assiettes en c\u00e9ramique ou en verre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 1:<\/strong> Casser d\u00e9licatement l'\u0153uf et le placer sur l'assiette, comme vous le feriez dans la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 2:<\/strong> L'ajout de sel \u00e0 l'\u0153uf est facultatif, les personnes qui n'aiment pas saler leurs \u0153ufs pouvant faire ce qu'elles veulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 3:<\/strong> Prenez la deuxi\u00e8me assiette, retournez-la et placez-la sur l'autre assiette, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l'\u0153uf soit scell\u00e9 entre les deux assiettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 4:<\/strong> Placez les plats \u00e0 \u0153ufs dans le micro-ondes, r\u00e9glez la puissance au maximum (dans mon cas, 800w) et r\u00e9glez la minuterie sur <strong>45 secondes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 5\u00a0:<\/strong> Lorsque le micro-ondes est termin\u00e9, retirez d\u00e9licatement le plat car il sera tr\u00e8s chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape 6 :<\/strong> Apportez l'assiette sur un plan de travail ou une table, puis retirez l'assiette du dessus et placez l'\u0153uf au plat sur l'assiette o\u00f9
