Por tanto, esta receta se puede servir en cualquier ocasi\u00f3n sin dejar nada que desear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso podr\u00eda pensar: \u00a1Si lo hago en cantidad, la receta podr\u00eda desperdiciarse! \u00a1Es claro que no!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bacalao Gomes de S\u00e1 se puede conservar muy bien en el congelador, y si quieres volver a saborearlo, simplemente cali\u00e9ntalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bacalao Gomes de S\u00e1, un plato t\u00edpico de la regi\u00f3n de Oporto, para que sea muy original debe cumplir algunas caracter\u00edsticas como el tipo de bacalao que siempre debe ser bacalao del Atl\u00e1ntico porque las lonchas son gruesas y la leche escogida para ablandar los filetes de bacalao, se debe ser fina para que el bacalao no se haga empalagoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cozinhadave.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/elementor\/thumbs\/BACALHAU-A-GOMES-DE-SA-p4cs9o98lzyc7gtsofgyaeg5h47bcjfbk1zc27vhww.jpg\" alt=\"bacalao a gomes de sa\" title=\"bacalao a gomes de sa\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Origen del Bacalao a Gomes de S\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conocer el origen de esta receta no es tarea dif\u00edcil porque lleva el nombre del creador, el portugu\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bacalhau_%C3%A0_Gomes_de_S%C3%A1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jos\u00e9 Luis Gomes de Sa Junior<\/a> quien naci\u00f3 en la ciudad de Oporto el 7 de febrero de 1851 y muri\u00f3 en 1926.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Luis Gomes de S\u00e1 era un comerciante de bacalao que \u201cjugaba\u201d con el bacalao en la cocina de su almac\u00e9n de la Rua do Muro dos Bacalhoeiros en diversas formas y encontr\u00f3 en las copos de bacalao en cocci\u00f3n con leche la mejor manera de continuar la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El inventor vendi\u00f3 esta receta de bacalao a Gomes de S\u00e1 a su mejor amigo, el cocinero Jo\u00e3o del Restaurante Lisbonense, ubicado en Travessa dos Congregados, en la ciudad de Oporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que tambi\u00e9n sabemos es que la receta original del Bacalhau \u00e0 Gomes de S\u00e1 es que el bacalao se debe cortar en escamas peque\u00f1as y reblandecerse en leche entre una hora y media a dos horas, siempre coci\u00e9ndose en aceite fino, ajo, cebolla, y acompa\u00f1arse de aceitunas negras, perejil y huevos cocidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuenta la leyenda que el propio Gomes de S\u00e1 escribi\u00f3 la observaci\u00f3n a su amigo: \u201cJo\u00e3o, si cambias algo en esta receta, ya no podr\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, con el tiempo de asado, mucho Gomes de S\u00e1 hace bacalao y se olvida de las aceitunas negras, o le pone piment\u00f3n, laurel, en definitiva, haciendo que la receta modifique su sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta se hizo conocida no solo en Portugal sino tambi\u00e9n en Brasil con la inmigraci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds incluso despu\u00e9s de la colonizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El inventor de la receta Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Gomes de S\u00e1 se hizo m\u00e1s conocido luego de que el c\u00f3nsul brasile\u00f1o en Porto Jo\u00e3o Frank da Costa ordenara en 1988 colocar una placa en la pared de la casa donde naci\u00f3 para honrarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es debido al \u00e9xito de Bacalhau a Gomes de S\u00e1 que todos y cada uno de los bacalaos est\u00e1n relacionados con Oporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 funciona esta receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incluso con varios trucos, es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer, y el resultado merece la pena;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los ingredientes son f\u00e1cilmente accesibles y siempre puedes hacerlos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este bacalao se puede adaptar con otros ingredientes, pero pierde su originalidad;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La combinaci\u00f3n de bacalao ya reblandecido en leche con aceitunas negras, deja un sabor irresistible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes que necesitar\u00e1s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes principales de esta receta son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bacalao en salaz\u00f3n de calidad media o superior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patatas al horno de buena calidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceitunas negras de buena calidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huevos medianos, suelo comprarlos en un supermercado de mi barrio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3uwZM6n\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aceite de oliva<\/a> virgen o virgen extra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3n de Bacalao a la Gomes de S\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>primer lugar<\/strong> En una cazuela con agua, ponemos el bacalao a cocer durante 10 minutos aproximadamente.
